Walpier's waxed Burro article is a vegetable-tanned leather, retaining its full-grain, offering a firm hand that will soften over time. The finish is a white wax coating that will naturally wear and develop a beautiful patina over time, revealing the natural, warm, honey-like color beneath it. 

This leather is sensitive to marking and scratching so it will have markings out of the box, showing the base color. This patina effect is the concept behind this leather, and it will steadily progress with each wear.
